AABTS GmbH

AABTS GmbH is an Austrian holding company based in Bad Erlach, Lower Austria. It acquires and holds company stakes on its own account. Its activities cover strategic asset management, financing and investment, and the management of its own intellectual property.

The person behind it

Johannes Bachler is Managing Partner of AABTS GmbH. His background is in aviation, where he spent over a decade as an airline pilot, latterly in intercontinental cargo. He then led an international consulting team for several years before moving into operational management as licensed managing director and accountable manager of an aviation business.

For AABTS he developed a proprietary valuation model for company acquisitions; on that basis more than fifty company valuations have been carried out under non-disclosure agreements. He is a certified aviation and AS/EN 9100 auditor and a certified logistics and supply chain manager, holds an MBA in International Aviation and is completing a doctorate in aerospace engineering.
